We stayed as a family of four in an upstairs room. The connecting room gave us plenty of space for all of us. The large sliding doors look great but unfortunately don't off much noise insulation. Our room was right by the entrance door which often banged shut. The hotel also has a hostel in a separate building which made the shared pool very busy. Onsite parking allowed us to park our rental car. The location was fantastic for walking all around the Old City area and outskirts.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay! The staff and the management make this place. I was sat there for hours just talking to them. The pool is beautiful and well maintained. The rooms are simple, but have everything one would need. The location is great, and quiet on the evening. Well done and thanks for making my 2 week stay so enjoyable.

Awesome awesome awesome! This is our 4th hotel in Chiang Mai, and the best by far. Great facilities, excellent service, amazing set up with cute stores and resturaunts, pool is great. A little bit outside the old-city gives a whole new perspective on the city. Bit less touristy. Above all, the staff here are incredible. We had a connecting room which worked out perfectly for our family.

Very bohemian feel. Large rooms and comfortable beds. Pool was GREAT. Staff were attentive and helpful. Not a luxury hotel but an excellent choice in a cool area. This is out of the old city but close enough to walk. The pictures honestly do not do it justice.

The Warehouse has been converted into a nice quiet place just a 5min walk away from the Old City area. Rooms were clean and spacious with powerful air-conditioning (we got cold in the room!). We stayed in a private room but we also saw there was hostel type accommodation available too. Pool is nice and clean, staff friendly and helpful. Close to lots of nice restaurants, bars and cafes. They even cared for our larger luggage when we stayed overnight at an elephant park. Would return when we visit Chiang Mai again.
